Technical report on food waste prevention strategies in global food chains

This report was published by SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden and compiles work conducted in collaboration with the SIANI Expert Group on food waste preventions strategies for global food chains.

The report summarizes the findings of the Expert Group; it provides an overview of the group’s approach, of the issue of food waste, the activities of the group, and finally concludes with recommendations and opportunities for different actors.
