Anna Ioannou
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer at SIANI
Anna Ioannou is part of the SIANI secretariat where she works as a monitoring, evaluation and learning officer. This involves supporting the activities of the network and those of its partners, coordinating and collecting data to measure impact of different activities and to enhance learning.
Prior joining SIANI Anna has been involved in projects strengthening sustainable and fair food systems in Sweden, India and Argentina. She has also worked with monitoring, evaluation and learning at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and Swedish local governments.
She holds a M.Sc. in rural development and natural resource management from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Her M.Sc thesis focus on the formal and informal structures within Bolivian horticulture markets in Argentina, with special attention to the roles of Bolivian women. Prior to this Anna received a B.Sc. in political science and economics from Uppsala University.
