The 10th World Water Forum provides a unique platform where the water community and key decision makers can collaborate and make long term progress on global water challenges.
By participating in the 10th World Water Forum you will contribute to responding to the challenges of water and sanitation of our time.
The Forum is a more than 3-year process of developing political commitments, Thematic solutions, and Regional responses.
Three processes are closely interlinked based on the common condition that the water community faces and shared vision and enablers.
All stakeholders are highly encouraged to join.
- The Thematic Process tackles the water challenges and provides solutions for discussion at the World Water Forum.
- The Political Process provides the opportunity for discussion amongst and with elected officials at all levels (Head of States, Ministers, parliamentarian, Local Authorities, and Basin authorities).
- The Regional Process provides perspectives on water from all regions based on local needs.
- The Fair and Expo provide a space for all stakeholders to showcase their contributions.
ln addition, other events are organized throughout the preparation period and during the World Water Forum event, offering additional opportunities for all stakeholders to meet, learn, debate and present issues, policies and state-of-the-art solutions for efficient and sustainable water resources and services management and to communicate this to a worldwide audience.
