The Governing Council is IFAD’s main decision-making body. It consists of all of IFAD’s Member States and meets annually. The overarching theme of the Governing Council is “From Farm to Market: Investing with Young Entrepreneurs”.
The forty-ninth session of the Governing Council of IFAD takes place over two days. The first day, Tuesday, 10 February, is the High-level Segment of the Governing Council with Leaders’ Dialogues, while the second day, Wednesday, 11 February, is focused on matters related to governance and partnership.
